Haldimand County Water & Wastewater Customer Account  

Use this form to request a new water & wastewater account for Haldimand County or cancel your existing account. If you are an existing customer moving within Haldimand County, you must submit two requests: one to close your current account and one to open a new account.

All new accounts are subject to an account setup charge, which is found in Schedule C of the Water and Wastewater Fees and is charged on your first bill.

Haldimand County has contracted out all functions related to water and wastewater billing to Util-Assist, an experienced company that provides assistance to hundreds of utility providers across North America. They have provided excellent customer service, billing, and collection to Haldimand County residents since 2015 and continue to do so.
