Roads Entrance Application

A permit is required when an entrance is to be constructed or modified. Use this form to apply for an entrance permit. If you believe you require a site meeting, please contact Road Operations to arrange prior to the permit being issued. You are required to pay a deposit in addition to the administration fee. The amount varies depending on the permit type. This deposit is refundable upon final inspection. The current deposit amounts for an entrance permit are:

Valid applications must be accompanied by the application fee and applicable deposit. You can pay online at the time of applying for the permit, or you may pay in person at the Haldimand County Administration Building. Payment must be received within 5 business days or your permit application will be cancelled. 

Please note that payment at the time of application does not guarantee the issuance of an entrance permit or a permit based on the dates and conditions in your application. Permit fees are based on the costs associated with reviewing and processing applications and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
