Good Forestry Practices Permit Application

In accordance with the Forest Conservation By-law 2204-20. This form can only be submitted by the property owner. Requirements for this application can be found on our Forestry Permit page. You may save and return to complete this form if necessary.

Valid applications must be accompanied by the application fee, which can be found in Schedule O of the User Fees. You must pay in person at the Haldimand County Administration Building. Payment must be received within 5 business days or your permit application will be cancelled. You may save and return to this form to complete if necessary.
