County Tree Permit Application

The application is to prune or remove a healthy and structurally sound County Tree. Requirements for this application can be found on our Forestry Permit page.

Valid applications must be accompanied by the application fee, which can be found in Schedule O of the User Fees. You must pay in person at the Haldimand County Administration Building. Payment must be received within 5 business days or your permit application will be cancelled. You may save and return to this form to complete if necessary.

Permit fees are based on the costs associated with reviewing and processing applications and are non-refundable.
