Online Accounts Receivable Payment

Use this form to make an online account receivable payment. Your payment will be applied to any interest owing first, and then the oldest balances owing on your account.

Online credit card payments are processed through Paymentus. Paymentus charges a non-refundable transaction fee of 2.50% in addition to the amount paid to the County. This will show up as a separate item on your credit card statement and is not included in the amount below.

Your customer name will be located on the left side under the Haldimand County logo when looking at a statement or invoice.
Your customer ID/number will be on the left directly below customer name and address on an invoice (view example).
On a statement, the customer ID/number will be located in the top right corner (view example).
