Bulk Water Depot Application

You may use this form to apply for a new bulk water account, or reinstate a deactivated account. Accounts are deactivated after 12 months of inactivity.

All fees related to bulk water are identified in Schedule B - Bulk Service Charges under the Water & Wastewater Fees and User Charges By-law, including administration fees, consumption rates, and account activation fees.
