Seasonal Sidewalk and On-Street Patio Program

Valid applications must be accompanied by the application fee, which can be found in Schedule P of the User Fees. You must pay in person at the Haldimand County Administration Building. Payment must be received within 5 business days or your permit application will be cancelled. You may save and return to this form to complete if necessary.
The current fees for this program are:

Description 2025 charge
First-time/full application fee $331 plus HST
Renewal fee $116 plus HST

Please note that payment at the time of application does not guarantee the issuance of a permit, or a permit based on the dates and conditions in your application. Permit fees are based on the costs associated with reviewing and processing applications and are non-refundable.
