Please note that all approvals must be obtained prior to submitting your application package. We can't process incomplete applications.

You are responsible for arranging all applicable inspections.
Your application package must be complete and contain all of the required documentation at the time of submission.
This form contains questions that will allow you to upload digital files of required documentation.

Applications with missing information will not be processed until all information required has been provided.
A late fee surcharge will be applied to any licence application found to be non-compliant with the deadline, expiry dates or specific time requirements within the by-law to which said licence applies.
